I voted, did you?

Come on people, it's time to vote! Exercise that American right; no matter who you vote for, it is imperative that you vote. Remember, if you don't vote, you can't gripe!

Take back the White House, woo-hoo! :-)

Love, T.

I also LOVED Bill. I know you watch the view. Does Elisabeth get on your nerves? She got so bad that I almost quit watching. But I like to watch train wrecks, so I had to keep coming back. Im glad you voted! You participated in history. Record numbers....had to be amazing!

Dan & I always wait until we both get off work in the evening to vote together. I was so hoping and praying that a little after 5:00 the lines wouldn't be long, but was prepared to wait. As God's favor would have it, we walked in and right up and got our ballots and didn't wait a single minute! I was number 801 and Dan 802. YAY!

I'm sorry I didn't have more books to give away. That was fun though....I'll have to do another sometime. I know you don't hate OU. It's just a rivalry thing and it's all fun & good. I don't hate OSU either. I'm really proud of the way they're playing this year. Now when it comes time for OU/OSU...I'm an OU fan all the way.

I know our trip to OKC is over a year away, and I always get teased for buying my Beth Moore tickets so far in advance, but it will be great. You'll love it.

Have a great weekend!
Love,
Mama Val :)

I hope you don't mind....
I left a post on my blog asking
my friends to keep you and your family in prayer. I've never met most of my blogging friends, but they are real encouragers and prayer warriors. I told them they could leave you a comment if they'd like.
Holding you and your family up in my prayers.
Love ya,
Val

Hey Tara,

I'm so very sorry to hear about what happened. Please know that Kevin and I will be praying that the peace of Christ's love will be with you and your family.

Please let me know if there is ANYTHING I can do to help.

Love,
Christy

In response to Valerie's prayer request for you, I just wanted you to know that you are definitely in my prayers.

I can relate to your sorrow. Remember, God is your rock and He will sustain you through this time -- just lean on Him. The Word says that His grace is sufficient -- more than enough.
